Medium-bodied with smoky notes of dark cherry, dill, nutmeg and vanilla. Harvested from our organically farmed lower estate vineyard in the beautiful Applegate Valley, southern Oregon. Naturally made with indigenous yeast and natural malolactic fermentation. Aged 22 months in new Virginia and neutral Oak barrels. Best decanted 60+ minutes and served at 60-68°.
