Full-bodied with notes of cedar, chocolate covered cherries and oregano. Indigenous yeast and natural malolactic fermentation. Fruit sourced from our organically farmed lower estate in the beautiful Applegate Valley, southern Oregon, and consists of 35% Malbec, 20% Merlot, and 15% each Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot. Naturally made with indigenous yeast and natural malolactic fermentation. Aged 22 months in new and neutral French Oak barrels. Best decanted 60+ minutes and served at 60-68°. We're donating 10% of the gross sales of this wine to a local non-profit that supports viticulture.
