Medium-bodied with notes of bright cherry, anise, bay and cedar. Fruit sourced from LIVE-certified and Salmon Safe Steelhead Run Vineyard located in the beautiful Applegate Valley, southern Oregon. Dry farmed. Naturally made with indigenous yeast and natural malolactic fermentation. Aged 22 months on the lees in new and neutral French Oak barrels. Unfiltered and unfined. Best decanted 60+ minutes and served at 60-68°.
