Light ruby with notes of strawberry, watermelon, and allspice. Indigenous yeast and natural malolactic fermentation. Premium fruit sourced from a sustainably farmed Applegate Valley vineyard. Naturally made with indigenous yeast and natural malolactic fermentation. Aged 22 months in new and neutral French Oak barrels. Best decanted 30 minutes and served at 60-68°.
