Full-bodied with notes of boysenberry, dark cherry, plum, cardamom, green peppercorn, vanilla, and a hint of tobacco. Fruit sourced from our organically farmed estate Glory Oaks Vineyard in the beautiful Applegate Valley, southern Oregon. Naturally made with indigenous yeast and natural malolactic fermentation. Aged 22 months on the lees in new and neutral French Oak barrels. Unfiltered and unfined. Best decanted 60+ minutes and served at 60-68°.
