Full-bodied with notes of plum and tobacco with a soft herbal finish. Indigenous yeast and natural malolactic fermentation. Fruit sourced from our organically farmed estate Glory Oaks Vineyard in the beautiful Applegate Valley, southern Oregon, and consists of 30% Malbec, 25% Petit Verdot and 15% each Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Naturally made with indigenous yeast and natural malolactic fermentation. Aged 22 months in new and neutral French Oak barrels. Best decanted 60+ minutes and served at 60-68°. We're donating 10% of the gross sales of this wine to a local non-profit that supports viticulture.
