Off-dry with notes of green apple, lime and a hint of minerality. Fruit sourced from our organically farmed estate Glory Oaks Vineyard in the beautiful Applegate Valley, southern Oregon, and is comprised of 65% Chardonnay and 35% Pinot Blanc. Indigenous yeast and natural malolactic fermentation. Aged 8 months on the lees in neutral Oak barrels. Best served at 45-55°.
