Fruit sourced from our organically farmed estate Glory Oaks Vineyard in the beautiful Applegate Valley, southern Oregon. Naturally made with indigenous yeast and natural malolactic fermentation. Aged 22 months in new and neutral French Oak barrels. Best decanted 60+ minutes and served at 60-68°.
