Fruit sourced from our organically farmed lower estate Glory Oaks Vineyard in the beautiful Applegate Valley, southern Oregon. Naturally made with indigenous yeast and natural malolactic fermentation. Aged 10 months in neutral French Oak barrels. Best served at 45-50°.
