Off-dry with notes of ripe pear, persimmon, apricot; yeasty with a hoppy aroma and flavor and buttery finish. Fruit sourced from our organically farmed estate Glory Oaks Vineyard in the beautiful Applegate Valley, southern Oregon. Naturally made with indigenous yeast and natural malolactic fermentation. Aged 7 months on the lees in neutral French Oak barrels. Best served at 45-55°.
