Medium bodied with notes of mixed berries, cherry cola, caramel and vanilla. Fruit sourced from our organically farmed estate Glory Oaks Vineyard in the beautiful Applegate Valley, southern Oregon. Naturally made with indigenous yeast and natural malolactic fermentation. Aged 22 months in new Virginia Oak and neutral Oak barrels. Unfiltered and unfined. Best decanted 60+ minutes and served at 60-68°.
