Medium-bodied, ruby in color with notes of red cherry, plum and black pepper. Naturally made with indigenous yeast and natural malolactic fermentation. Unfiltered and unfined. Aged 22 months on the lees in new and neutral French Oak barrels. Fruit sourced from LIVE-certified and Salmon-Safe Steelhead Run Vineyard located in the beautiful Applegate Valley, southern Oregon. Dry farmed. Best decanted for 30 minutes and served at 60-68°.
