We're thrilled with the release of our first Red Blend, comprised of all estate fruit sourced from our organically farmed estate Glory Oaks Vineyard in the beautiful Applegate Valley, southern Oregon: 40% Malbec and 15% each Cab Franc, Cab Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot. It's medium bodied with notes of blackberry, cherry, plum, oregano and leather. Naturally made with indigenous yeast and natural malolactic fermentation. Aged 22 months in new and neutral French Oak barrels. Unfiltered and unfined. Best decanted 60+ minutes and served at 60-68°.
