Medium bodied with notes of baked apple, caramel and a kiss of lemon. 25% estate fruit and 75% locally sourced fruit. Naturally made with indigenous yeast and natural malolactic fermentation. Aged on the lees in neutral French Oak barrels for 10 months. Unfiltered and unfined. Best served at 45-55°.
