Bold and complex with notes of cherry, currant, fresh fig, red pears lavender honey and vanilla with an earthy, smoky finish. Premium fruit sourced from a sustainably farmed Umpqua Valley vineyard in southern Oregon. Naturally made with indigenous yeast and natural malolactic fermentation. Aged 22 months in new and neutral French Oak barrels. Best decanted 30 minutes and served at 60-68°.
