Full bodied with notes of blackberry, bright cherry, red plum, spice and cedar. Fruit sourced from our sustainably farmed estate Glory Oaks Vineyard in the beautiful Applegate Valley, southern Oregon. Naturally made with indigenous yeast and natural malolactic fermentation. Aged 22 months in new Virginia Oak and neutral Oak barrels. Unfiltered and unfined. Best decanted 60+ minutes and served at 60-68°.
