Medium bodied with notes of cherry, huckleberry and plum with a hint of thyme and a rich leather finish. Fruit sourced from LIVE-certified and Salmon Safe Steelhead Run Vineyard located in the beautiful Applegate Valley, southern Oregon. Dry farmed. Indigenous yeast and natural malolactic fermentation. Aged 22 months in new and neutral French Oak barrels. Unfiltered and unfined. Best decanted 60 minutes and served at 60-68°.
