Off dry rosé with notes of strawberry and apricot. Fruit sourced from our sustainably farmed lower estate vineyard. Naturally made with indigenous yeast and natural malolactic fermentation. Aged 10 months on the lees in neutral French Oak barrels. Best served at 45-55°.
