Full-bodied with notes of citrus, honeydew melon and vanilla. Fruit sourced from from Salmon-Safe and LIVE-certified Steelhead Run Vineyard in beautiful Applegate Valley, southern Oregon. Naturally made with indigenous yeast and natural malolactic fermentation. Aged on the lees in neutral French Oak barrels for 11 months. Unfiltered and unfined. Best served at 45-55°.
