Bright and fruity with honeysuckle and floral notes on the nose, and blackberry, ripe cherry, citrus and a hint of black pepper on the palate. Fruit sourced from our organically farmed estate Glory Oaks Vineyard in the beautiful Applegate Valley, southern Oregon. Naturally made with indigenous yeast and natural malolactic fermentation. Aged 10 neutral Oak barrels. Unfiltered and unfined. Best decanted 60+ minutes and served at 60-68°.
