Bog bodied with notes of cherry cola, clove and smoke. Indigenous yeast and natural malolactic fermentation. Aged 22 months on the lees in new and neutral French Oak barrels. Fruit sourced from LIVE-certified and Salmon-Safe Steelhead Run Vineyard located in the beautiful Applegate Valley, southern Oregon. Dry farmed. Best decanted for 60+ minutes and served at 60-68°.
