Light bodied with notes of apricot, honeydew melon and lemon zest. Naturally made with indigenous yeast and natural malolactic fermentation. Unfiltered and unfined. Aged on the lees in neutral French Oak barrels for 10 months. Fruit sourced from Salmon-Safe and LIVE-certified Steelhead Run Vineyard in beautiful Applegate Valley, southern Oregon. Best served at 45-55°.
