2016 CAMINO Tempranillo Red Dessert Wine
Beautiful garnet-colored Tempranillo dessert wine. Well-balanced with notes of caramel, chocolate and dark cherry. Naturally made with indigenous yeast and natural malolactic fermentation. Fermentation halted at 0.7% residual sugar. Fortified with locally made wine spirits. Barrel aged for 46 months in neutral Oak. Fruit sourced from Salmon-Safe and LIVE-Certified Steelhead Run Vineyard in the Applegate Valley, southern Oregon. Best decanted for 30 minutes and served at 55-60°.
