This is the first vintage of our Tempranillo made from our estate LIVE-certified and Salmon-Safe grapes! Ruby-colored with notes of cherry and boysenberry; medium tannins. Naturally made with indigenous yeast and natural malolactic fermentation. Unfiltered and unfined. Aged 21 months in new and neutral French Oak barrels. Best decanted for 60+ minutes and served at 55-60°.
