This is the first vintage of our Malbec made from our estate LIVE-certified and Salmon Safe grapes. Big-bodied, dark purple with notes of anise, blackberries, sweet tobacco and milk chocolate. Naturally made with indigenous yeast and natural malolactic fermentation. Aged 22 months on the lees in new and neutral French Oak barrels. Best decanted for 60+ minutes and served at 60-68°.
