Light-bodied, beautiful garnet-colored wine with notes of cherry, raspberry, white pepper and a hint of green pepper. The wine was aged for 21 months in one-third new French Oak / two-thirds neutral Oak barrels following native yeast and natural malolactic fermentations. Unfiltered and unfined.
The fruit for our 2014 "Freedom" Pinot noir is sourced from Stand Sure Vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA of the Willamette Valley, Oregon.
